    Roles & Responsibilities

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Manage daily fleet maintenance and operations.

    1. Managing fleet of vehicles in accordance to company's policies and work with finance department to validate our current active fleet strength
    2. Ensure proper documentations of all operations and fleet related accounts, invoices, summons.
    3. Responding to all internal/external correspondences related to fleet and operational enquiries are well attended.
    4. Coordinate vehicle inspection, maintenance, and servicing of fleet.
    5. Ensure the general upkeep and cleanliness of the fleets.
    6. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, safety policies and work instructions.
    7. Perform admin duties including data entry, filing and achieving, basic accounting, book-keeping, receipt management
    8. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

    Job Requirements:

    • Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience
    • Knowledge of motor claims will be an advantage
    • Monitoring for VPC, Insurance, Road tax etc
    • Computer proficiency
    • Team player and able to perform in a fast paced working environment
    • Office location next to Joo Koon MRT station
