- A strategic thinker with the passion, creativity and strong corporate brand, marketing and digital skills to elevate the Bank's brand and reputation.
- Profile the group's international presence and its strategic themes through creative content development, corporate media, strategic partnerships and digital initiatives across a range of prominent channels.
- Curate and implement strong digital brand experiences and programmes holistically across customer touchpoints and communications ecosystem.
- Establish and drive brand awareness, engagement and advocacy campaigns for the Group to build a progressive brand, with focus on new / digital / social media and virtual / augmented reality.
- Execute brand sponsorships and strategic ecosystem and media partnerships.
- Ensure robust brand governance and consistency that includes brand advisory and training; and the development and implementation of new brand tools and guidelines.
- Ensure strong collaboration with Business Units to achieve strategic media presence and business growth.
- A recognised university degree with at least 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial institutions
- A structured thinker with strong planning and execution capabilities
- Excellent skills in digital brand / marketing communications and content production (Audio / Visual / TVC)
- In-depth knowledge of various digital platforms and best practices
- Experience in digital performance analytics, measurements and reporting for brand campaigns
- A partnership builder to elevate corporate reputation and to strengthen brand engagement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with strong project management skills, accuracy and attention to detail
