Team Introduction

The team is responsible for administering support and service-oriented assistance to both the Data AILab business team and the corresponding HR team.

They execute, facilitate, and support the smooth operation of various administrative tasks for the business.

These tasks include fostering team culture, managing workspace, planning team-building activities, and providing support for meetings and projects to ensure the seamless operations of our business.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the department's daily administrative affairs, coordinating internal and external relations, including but not limited to space management, expense management, gift requests, and policy communication.
Responsible for department staff, cultural promotion, welfare care, plan programs, organize activities, promote effective implementation of policies, etc.
Coordinate across departments and assist teams in optimizing business processes, maintain good collaboration between teams, and improve overall communication efficiency.
Handle other temporary matters assigned by business
Bachelor's degree or above, at least 2 years of relevant work experience
Experience in organizing and planning activities, cohosting mediumsized and larger meetings, and providing innovative suggestions for such activities and meetings
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with affinity, stress resistance, strong teamwork and service awareness, and good learning ability
