Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, generating repeat business and responding to sales inquiries, negotiating rates and contract terms, and preparing proposals for clients.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Maintain and manage our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Hubspot preferred.
Understand, analyze and predict customer demand and booking trends.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including coordinating group bookings.
Prepare sales and revenue reports and present them to the management team.
Assist clients with special requests or problems with reservations or accommodations.
Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' sales experience, preferably in luxury hotel or 5-star hospitality.
Have in depth knowledge of luxury travel and trade management.
Proficiency with Hotel Time or other hotel Property Management Systems.
HubSpot or similar experience and the ability to maintain and manage a CRM system.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
Require to travel overseas for 3-4 times per year
