    Description

    Role and Responsibilities

    • In-charge of daily reception duties i.e. attend to all walk-in guests and incoming calls.
    • Manage list, spreadsheets/records and updates, such as:-
      • Employee database
      • Regular update of InfoTech system like personnel details such as certifications, changes in work details, residential address
    • Do coordination of interview arrangements
      • Submit online job postings, schedule job interviews
      • providing forms to fill up for applicant interview
      • make a photocopy of necessary documents for the applicants
    • In-charge of NEWLY Joined Staff duties such as:-
      • Letter of appointment briefing for new technicians
      • Info Tech briefing
      • Make a photocopy of NRIC/ Passport and other
      • Providing uniform and take photo for company pass
      • Record all the uniform size given (records to submit to Agnes for inventory purposes)
    • Coordination of Staff Work Pass RENEWAL
      • coordination of renewable list from HR, you will call them one by one and remind them that their WP's are expiring, then you may send them the form to do the medical exam.
      • 1 month before the WP expiry, remind them to send us the original copy of medical result to proceed with the renewal
      • Once the WP card is delivered to office, make a copy/ print for our filing and call the owner to collect to office
    • Carry out Office- related duties such as: -
      • Ensure that all forms have enough copy, such as application forms, OT forms etc...
      • To monitor cleaner through the checklist provided every visit.
    • Carry out other assigned duties like:-
      • Follow up management on evaluation form that HR send to management for staff confirmation
      • Managing of training related documents, including filing and coordination with staff to attend course and collect certificates.
      • Coordination with insurance – work injury related docs from staff and hospital
      • Update contact list details such as (staff who do not have local numbers/ management staff such as new CM/ PO)
      • Monthly newsletter update
