- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with the SAPR Program's implementing offices, key program stakeholders, post-level staff and agency leadership to coordinate on program activities.
- Works closely with the SAPR Team and SAPR Working Groups to streamline program related communications, compile stakeholder feedback and circulate program resources, reports, memorandums, and updates.
- Supports the annual recruitment of subject matter experts, key stakeholders, and consultants in support of programmatic focus groups. Works closely with subject matter experts, key stakeholders and consultants, and Peace Corps staff to coordinate outreach efforts, disseminate informational resources, and schedule informational sessions for prospective candidates.
- Works closely with identified SMEs to coordinate in-person and virtual engagements, and to regularly ensure that SMEs are provided with all Peace Corps and SAPR-related informational materials necessary to execute their official responsibilities. Maintains a tracking system for all follow up items from meetings and institutional recommendations.
- As assigned by the SAPR Director, represents OSAPR and the SAPR Program in the development and execution of agency-wide special projects and program efforts.
- As assigned, participates in special projects and activities. Uses standard approaches to perform a variety of duties related to special projects involving administrative or program issues. Conducts extensive research and compilation of data from diverse sources. Extracts and assembles information, conducts analysis, and develops reports or presentations.
