- Create, maintain, and execute a positive and world-class customer onboarding experience for new CISA employees and Stakeholders.
- Deliver and conduct bi-weekly orientation to familiarize new employees with OCHCO policies, procedures, values, and goals.
- Provides administrative/program support to various OEE teams as needed.
- Manages a shared email inbox and responds to questions and inquiries.
- Acts as liaison with internal support staff and organizational customers to ensure data and materials are transmitted accurately, deadlines are clear, meetings are scheduled, and communication is consistent.
- Prepares ad-hoc requests, reports, presentations, documents, etc. based on general instructions and oversee quality control and assurance activities.
- Prepares appropriate forms, correspondence, memoranda, and records for talent management deliverables.
- Plans, organizes, and accomplishes assignments under supervision.
- Coordinates the work of the office ensuring smooth operation, proper delivery of services, and effective customer support May resolve some problems independently, rendering good judgments and decisions with prior approval or review by the Program Manager and/or Outreach and Employee Experience Branch Chief
- Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs during the onboarding process.
- Maintain and govern the CISA onboarding trackers ensuring user accesses adhere to legal compliance standards safeguarding PII.
- Assist CISA stakeholders and departing employees with the offboarding process.
- Submit offboarding requests in IT4ME (as needed)
