    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, provide information about our services, and assist with registrations and booking.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide exceptional service and support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, addressing questions about our programs, activities, and services.
    • Assist customers with registrations, and payments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
    • Provide guidance and support to customers experiencing difficulties or needing additional assistance.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
    • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
    • Stay updated about our programs to effectively communicate with customers and promote participation.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to handle difficult or demanding customers with professionalism and empathy.
    • Proficient in using computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to multitask effectively.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
