    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Descriptions:

    • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing to identify and attract top technical talent.
    • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through proactive outreach, networking events, and personalized communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
    • Conduct thorough screenings, technical assessments, and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their technical requirements, provide market insights, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies and ensure competitiveness in talent acquisition.
    • Manage candidate pipelines effectively using internal manual excel and other tools to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
    • Represent candidates to clients in a professional and persuasive manner, highlighting their qualifications, experiences, and fit for the role.
    • Facilitate offer negotiations, manage candidate expectations, and ensure a smooth closing process for successful hires.
    • Gather feedback from candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, maintain accurate records, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Diploma in human resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven 2 years' experience as a technical recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably within an agency or recruitment consultancy.
    • Preferred candidate with CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries)
    • Deep understanding of technical roles, skills, and terminology across various domains such as software development, IT infrastructure, Technicians, and engineering.
    • Strong sourcing abilities and proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and deadlines.
    • Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and willingness to embrace new technologies and methodologies in talent acquisition.
