- Deliver sales, customer service, and administrative support for the Temple/Columbarium's daily operations.
- Handle payments and issue invoices.
- Conduct data entry and update system records.
- Assist in Temple-related festivals and celebrations.
- Manage daily transaction settlements.
- Perform general clerical tasks on a daily basis.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as needed.
- Minimum education level of O-level/N-level/SPM/UEC or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Positive work attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and a team player.
- Quick to acquire new skills.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record maintenance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays as needed.
