    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Financial Leasing firm
    • Hybrid working arrangement provided

    Responsibilities

    • Engage with clients regarding billing and payment procedures
    • Provide assistance in managing covenants and monitoring credit
    • Handling KYC requirements for both lending and principal roles
    • Collaboration with financial institutions on administrative issues
    • Liaison with HQ system person-in-charge for the system matters
    • Manage administrative duties such as issuing invoices and updating contracts
    • Conduct due diligence, prepare reports, and oversee approvals and document management

    Requirements

    • At least 4 - 5 years of administrative experience supporting RM in Structured Financing or Ship Financing field
    • Possess minimally a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business or other related disciplines
    • Great proficiency in MS Office suites
