- Partner with the regional,commercial and HR leaders in change management activities and be their mainsparring partner for implementing changes
- Evaluate the change requirementsand develop project strategies and plans accordingly. This includes stakeholderassessment, change-impact-analysis, change story, persona development,communications, leadership alignment, change readiness, capability transferetc.
- Drive adoption and proficiency ofchanges within the regional organizations using Brenntag's Change Managementmethodologies and tools
- Create new change managementcontent and initiatives on demand within regions
- Track efficiency andeffectiveness of change management initiatives and work with regionalleadership on mitigation solutions
- Provide support to businessleaders on driving communication tactics and strategy plans and share best waysto deliver objectives
- Coordinate, prepare and executeworkshops
- Strategize and execute socialmedial strategies in social media platforms such as Internet and Intranet inpartnership with communication leaders
- Manage Change Agent Network onregional and local levels
- Strategy: strategic concepts,change management tools & methods

- Leadership: leadership,stakeholder management
- Area of expertise: change andproject management, moderation skills, writing/linguistic skills.
- 3+years of strong experience in change management and transformation
- 5+ years of experience in projectmanagement in a multinational work environment, preferably in the chemicalindustry or chemical distribution.
- Provenleadership- and stakeholder management skills as well as team & networking skills with demonstratedability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments and influence, evenwithout hierarchical relationships
- Excellentcommunication and moderation skills and proven ability to work in a commercialenvironment and within complex international settings
- Highdegree of analytical and conceptual thinking, combined with a problem-solvingattitude
- Proven continuous improvement mindset;agile and digital experience is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills, with anatural willingness to take personal ownership and responsibility fordelivering objectives
- Due to the international natureof this role, excellent English language skills (verbal and written) areessential
