Responsibilities:

Strategic Cash Flow Management: Take the lead in forecasting daily cash flows across all banks, ensuring optimal financial management.
Financial Accuracy: Assist in monthly bank reconciliation to ensure our financial records are accurate and discrepancies are promptly identified.
Operational Support: Dive into day-to-day financial operations and provide crucial support to our finance team, ensuring our financial processes run seamlessly.
Payment Efficiency: Contribute to payment and staff claim processes, ensuring they're processed accurately and on time.
Transaction Reconciliation: Verify and reconcile invoices, expense claims, and reimbursement requests to maintain airtight financial accuracy.
Audit Excellence: Keep meticulous documentation and records for audit and reporting purposes, and assist with audit requirements when needed.
Asset Management: Oversee the inventory and tracking of fixed assets, guaranteeing precise records of asset acquisitions.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers regarding outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections, maintaining healthy financial relationships.
Financial Integrity: Prepare journal entries in adherence to accounting principles, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.
Efficient Communication: Collaborate with customers and vendors, preparing contracts, invoices, and quotations for smooth transactions.

Requirements:
