- Monitor competency assessment progress of engineering functions, manage competency assessment tool, extract and consolidate data for reporting
- Work with segment OE (Operational Excellence) teams and functional managers on segments' data and update development measures report
- Update online training catalogues, arrange and roll-out functional trainings, collaborate with HR on training activities
- Monitor mandatory training fulfilment for Backend Operations ( Industrial Engineering, Operations Production Control, OSAT Engineering, etc.) Internship learning outcomes:
- Assist in implementing Competency Development Framework across 7 countries
- Experience the dynamics between Backend Academy, Human Resources, Operational Excellence and Operation Functions
- Use Infineon's Learning Management System and Competency Development Tools and Templates You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:
- On track to attain Bachelor in Human Resources / Industrial Operations and Management / Engineering with a growth mindset
- Good communication skills with high level of proficiency in English
- Leadership skills, can learn fast and deliver reliable results
