Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

Collaborate with trading, accounts, hedging, operations teams, and other relevant departments to ensure contracts are compliant.
Execute all tasks necessary for the timely completion and issuance of contracts.
Conduct thorough checks and coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate the onboarding process for new Customers, Vendors, Consignees, and Notify Parties.
Update existing Customer/Vendor/Consignee/Notify Party master data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Obtain required approvals to ensure smooth onboarding of vendors, suppliers, and customers.
Assist with the approval process for Trading exposure forms, including confirming payment terms.
Provide support to the Trading team on contract-related matters.
Coordinate and secure necessary Waste Exportation Permits and TFS documents between the Yard and Buyers.
Verify the received date of all signed Sales Contracts from buyers and ensure BL Instructions are communicated to the appropriate Customer Service Team.
Forward Sales Contracts to buyers experiencing issues with the system's auto-distribution of documents.
Perform additional Trading/Contract support tasks as needed.

Job Requirements :

Diploma in Admin, Shipping and Logistics, Supply chain management and other related studies
2-3 years of experience in Shipping / Customer/ Sales coordinator
Preferably with relevant experience in manufacturing industry
Independent and able to work in a team
Proficient in MS office applications (Knowledge of SAP is advantageous)
