Job Description

Provide technical support to end-users remotely, answer user's questions of both hardware and software issues.

Prepare technical report on support issues, providing feedback and recommendations.

Maintain and support IT equipment (e.g. laptops, desktops ,printer, network switch and etc.)

On-the-job training will be provided

Requirements

Minimum certification in IT or equivalent field with 1-5 years relevant experience

Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting network devices or servers is advantageous.

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Keen to discover and assess new technology for work purposes.

Able to start work immediately or within short notice

Possess class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
