- Oversee daily operational tasks
- Manage cost efficiency

- Supervise vehicle maintenance, repairs, accidents, and insurance matters
- Supervise GBCR vehicle fleet operations
- Ensure compliance with LTA regulations
- Lead new initiatives and projects
- Implement preventive maintenance programs
- Control repair and maintenance budgets
- Handle vendor relationships
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with other departments
- Plan fleet operations and vehicle usage
- Manage staff welfare, discipline, and performance
- Take charge of departmental and company affairs
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
- Valid Class 3 driving license
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of LTA Compliance and Accident claims
- Self-reliant, resourceful, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lead, collaborate, and work well under stress
- Minimum GCE O Level/ Diploma
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Accessible via mobile phone at all times, including weekends and public holidays
