    Description

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Close collaboration with respective business drivers and stakeholders to curate Go-to-Marketing strategy with clear performance indicators.
  • Result-driven and resourcefully acquire leads at scale for respective business units.
  • Proposal of marketing budget taking target CPL and CPA as key considerations to generate leads across online and offline channels.
  • End-to-end execution on a wide range of digital paid campaigns to drive awareness, education, consideration and conversion.
  • Measurement of ROAS through vigorous AB testing to lower CPL and CAC.
  • Deep understanding of B2C digital and social media paid strategies (both technical and non-technical) and hands-on experience across various DSP, including but not limited to GMP, FBM and Outbrain.
  • Strong foundation of marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Growth hacking and optimise acquisition channels to reduce respective and overall blended CAC.
  • Primary focus on Singapore market and provide ancillary support for regional markets.

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or other related discipline.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for Manager position.
  • Only candidates with minimum of 2 years in digital paid from digital marketing agencies or advertising agencies should apply.
  • Target driven individual with proven track record of delivering digital lead generation.
  • Portfolio and technical assessment are required for shortlisted candidates.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional/cross-department teams and with individuals with diverse job responsibilities and backgrounds.
  • Knowledge in Singapore and Austrasia B2B consumer market.
  • Experience in Preschool education, enrichment, medical and/or allied health industry is a bonus.
