Roles & Responsibilities

Office Management:

**Coordination**: Coordinating office activities, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.

**Communication**: Facilitating communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

**Supplies and Inventory**: Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory.

Administrative Tasks:

**Data Entry**: Accurate data entry for sales orders, invoices, and other relevant documents.

**Reporting**: Generating regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.

**Correspondence**: Handling emails, phone calls, and other correspondence related to sales and office matters.

Sales Administration:

**Contract Management**: Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

**Sales Forecasting**: Assisting in sales forecasting and tracking sales targets.

**CRM (Customer Relationship Management)**: Utilizing CRM software to manage customer information and track interactions.

Sales Support:

**Customer Interaction**: The manager collaborates with the sales team to provide administrative support. This includes handling inquiries, assisting with order processing, and addressing customer concerns.

**Documentation**: Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer interactions is crucial.

**Quotations and Proposals**: Preparing and managing sales quotations and proposals for potential clients.

Skills and Qualifications:
