- You'll play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, ensuring alignment with our Vision, Mission, and Values, and fostering an environment where every employee feels appreciated and empowered.
- Comply with the Corporate Standards, Hotel and Departmental policies and procedures at all times
- Responsible for the annual Talent & Culture budget and updating monthly forecast. Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Having exceptional interpersonal abilities and a people-centric approach, skilled at effectively communicating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders throughout the organization's hierarchy.
- Dynamic can-do attitude
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with HRIS systems like Time & Attendance System, is highly preferred
- Preferably with local industrial relations experience
