    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Responsibilities
    • Perform various administrative tasks such as creating quotations, delivery orders, invoices, purchase orders, and arranging flights
    • Support in handling the telephone system by responding to calls and taking messages
    • Compile monthly purchase orders and maintain filing systems
    • Assist the Customer Service department in following up with customers
    Requirements
    • -Only individuals from Singapore are encouraged to submit their applications
    • Minimum educational qualifications include GCE O level, Nitec, High Nitec, or ITE in Business Administration
    • Strong interpersonal skills, preferably with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
    • Positive work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Immediate availability to start work upon selection
