- Responsibilities
- Perform various administrative tasks such as creating quotations, delivery orders, invoices, purchase orders, and arranging flights
- Support in handling the telephone system by responding to calls and taking messages
- Compile monthly purchase orders and maintain filing systems
- Assist the Customer Service department in following up with customers
- -Only individuals from Singapore are encouraged to submit their applications
- Minimum educational qualifications include GCE O level, Nitec, High Nitec, or ITE in Business Administration
- Strong interpersonal skills, preferably with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Positive work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
