- Managing your sales team to ensure all aspects of their roles and compliance are being adhered to
- Responsible for the implementation of compliance with the manufacturer standards and obligations to the customer
- Minimum degree qualifications preferred with proven sales track record in the automotive industry
- Lead and motivate a team to exceed targets and achieve the highest standards set out by the brand
- Strong passion to provide exceptional customer service level
