    Exciting Opportunity: Facilities Engineer in Singapore

    Location: Changi North (Transport Provided)

    Contract Duration: Till March 2025

    Budget: $6000/month (Market Rate)

    Job Title: Facilities Engineer

    Summary:We are seeking a Facilities Engineer to spearhead the installation of a new sterilization system, ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and waste discharge systems, along with a track record of successful project management in a regulated environment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Oversee the design, construction, and qualification of the new sterilization area, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
    2. Manage and supervise contractors and vendors involved in the project.
    3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align facility design with stakeholder needs.
    4. Ensure all facilities are equipped with necessary safety equipment and conduct staff training.
    5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify project requirements.
    6. Manage Qualified Person (QP), contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance.
    7. Provide consultation and recommendations on facility equipment to cross-functional teams.
    8. Develop pollution control strategies for the new sterilization system and integrate them into construction design.
    9. Oversee the execution of Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) by consultants.
    10. Ensure explosion-proof assessments are conducted for safety compliance.
    11. Prepare, evaluate, and award tenders to contractors.
    12. Lead the qualification of the new construction based on industry standards.
    13. Liaise with regulatory bodies for successful permitting, including EEOA, NEA, FSSD, BCA, etc.
    14. Ensure construction activities do not disrupt existing production and business operations.
    15. Design, procure, and build services to integrate sterilization system equipment seamlessly.
