    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Working Location: Central

    Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

    Your role:

    • Ensure that contracts accurately reflect the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and mitigate risks for the organization
    • Review contract terms and conditions to identify potential issues, ambiguities, or discrepancies and propose solutions to address them
    • Maintain a centralized contract repository, tracking system, and database to store and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle
    • Monitor contract deadlines, renewal dates, and key milestones, and proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and adherence to contractual obligations
    • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of contract documentation, correspondence, and communications
    • Prepare reports, summaries, and analysis of contract activity, performance, and compliance for management review and decision-making

    Requirements

    • Minimum Diploma and above
    • Prior experience in the marketing field will be an advantage
    • Results-oriented, ambitious and positive working attitude
