Roles & Responsibilities

Our team is expanding

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Business Development Executive. You will play an integral role in supporting the team's efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities. You will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, client management and assisting in the development of strategic business initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in wildlife and environmental management, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Your Role:

Collaborate with the business development team to prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our services and demonstrating our expertise in wildlife and environmental management
Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records in our CRM software
Represent Mastermark at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to raise brand awareness and increase our marketing visibility
Assist in negotiating contracts and terms of agreements with clients
Stay current on emerging technologies and analyse market data to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies with the Business Development team to capitalize on them
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners

You will ideally have:

Min. diploma from local polytechnic or bachelors degree in Business and/or Environmental Science or related discipline
Previous experience in Business Development would be an added bonus
Strong command of English
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
Great presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
Be a strong team player and an effective collaborator
