- Provides comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Practice Management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling email correspondences;
- Coordinates and prioritizes tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved;
- Assists to monitor administrative timelines;
- Acts as a liaison between the Head of Practice Management and internal staff, maintaining effective communication channels;
- Attends meetings and accurately records minutes of discussion;
- Any other ad-hoc matters.
- Minimum 2 years as a Personal Assistant or similar role;
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision;
- Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred;
- No relevant law firm experience is required.
