    Job Description

    Position Title:

    • Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

    Reports to:

    • Talent Acquisition Lead

    Job purpose

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition activities and work closely with operation team to build a sustainable workforce through attraction, recruitment, and onboarding. You will deliver 360-degree recruitment for our stakeholders, whilst supporting and executing best practice throughout recruitment activities.
    • The incumbent should also be experienced in local and overseas recruitment and familiar with the employment regulations at the local and foreign country.
    • You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure the best recruitment experience, as well as managing external recruitment stakeholder relationships including agencies to develop recruitment collaboration & partnership for the roles.
    • The seniority of the position shall commensurate with the experience and credentials of the successful candidate.

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Responsible for the full spectrum of talent acquisition activities including but not limited to student recruitment for private education in healthcare courses such as Diploma in Holistic Massage.
    • Collaborate closely with department heads to understand the skills and competencies required for openings to meet the organizational recruitment demands and needs.
    • Proactive in assess and proposing talent sourcing posting adverts or any other relevant channels or methods.
    • Select and pre-screen CVs from various sources and submit shortlisted candidates to Hiring Managers after screening candidates through phone/virtual/face to face interviews (if necessary) on a weekly basis.
    • Manage & administer all existing social media platforms for recruitment publicity and campaign.
    • Update recruitment reports for all screening, interview and hiring outcomes for recruitment strategies assessment.
    • Manage onboarding process and coordinate with HR operations in all documentations.
    • Represent & participate in career fairs and education institutions for hiring, internship & scholarship program collaboration opportunities and to promote employer branding awareness
    • Perform any other duties as and when required.

    Qualifications

    • At least 3-5 years of experience in related field. Experience in mass hiring for frontline staff would be a plus.
    • Proven track record in talent acquisition to meet with the fulfilment and retention target
    • Bilingual in English & Mandarin (in order to manage documentations in Chinese language & communicate with mandarin speaking employees)
    • Meticulous, organized and attention to details.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent in Microsoft office especially Excel, well verse in Vlookup, if & sumif functions, pivot tables & charts.
    • Knowledge in latest HR practices, Employment Laws & regulations
    • Good problem-solving skills and able to work independently.
    • Flexible and able to adapt to changes
    • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
