- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Support HR projects related to employee relations by gathering employee feedback, participating in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, and assisting with conflict resolution procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs; coordinate logistics and materials for training sessions.
- Help improve HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and reflective of best practices and legal requirements.
- Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including preparing reports and presentations for internal use.
- Engage in problem-solving and critical thinking to address HR issues and streamline processes.
- Participate in special projects and tasks as directed by the HR Manager or other senior HR staff.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft office and comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
