Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team, focusing on cultivating relationships with payment gateway investors, exploring strategic partnerships, and identifying investment opportunities.

The ideal candidate must be passionate and optimistic about digitalization in the payment ecosystem. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our network and driving business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve regional growth objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence.

Market Analysis:

Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify key trends, competitor activities, and potential business risks.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Identify and engage with potential clients, ensuring a robust pipeline for future opportunities.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure a coordinated approach to business development.

Language Skills:

Proficient in both Chinese and English languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with Chinese-speaking associates.
Ability to conduct business negotiations, presentations, and correspondence in both languages is required.

Target Achievement:

Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and objectives for the assigned region. Regularly monitor and report on progress towards goals.

Travel Requirements:

Candidate must be willing to travel within the region as needed.

Job Requirements:

Degree in business, marketing or IT related file.
Ability to speak and write in both English and Chinese proficiently to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Results-oriented with a focus on driving business growth
Candidate must be willing to travel when required
