Roles & Responsibilities

Our client, a leading financial services company is looking to hire a Finance Manager with excellent communication skills and having good experience in AR/AP and consolidation.

Responsibilities:

Maintain complete and accurate records for stand-alone entities and Group consolidated results.
Handle day-to-day finance operations, including ledger entries, account reconciliations, and payment processing.
Prepare and deliver timely financial and management reports for monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting to Senior Management, Shareholders, and Regulators.
Conduct detailed analysis of business performance against budget.
Ensure timely completion of annual audit, tax submissions, and regulatory reporting.
Plan, organize, and prepare Group consolidated budget, business plan, and forecast.
Create presentation materials for Board and Board Sub-committee meetings.
Provide accurate and timely finance support to third-party business ventures.
Participate in ad-hoc tasks/projects to support department or Company initiatives.

Knowledge/Experience Required:

Degree in Accountancy, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent professional qualification.
5 to 8 years of relevant experience in financial or management reporting with a strong delivery track record.
Good working knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), accounting principles, and tax rules.
Understanding of service company operations, transfer pricing, and cost allocation processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for generating insightful financial data and reports.
Strong PowerPoint presentation skills, data visualization skills, and knowledge of simple financial modeling are advantageous.
Possess a strong control mindset with the ability to identify key finance risks and mitigating controls.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
