Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

Team Leadership - Guide, lead, and nurture the IT team in APAC and China, fostering a culture of teamwork, creativity, and ongoing enhancement
Operational Management - Ensure that the IT team's work quality meets or surpasses industry standards and aligns with company objectives.
Strategic Planning - Formulate strategies and initiatives to enhance business productivity through effective utilization of IT systems, automation, and process streamlining, specifically focusing on security.
Regional Projects - Propel regional IT projects, collaborating with stakeholders from various departments and locations to ensure successful execution and alignment with business priorities. Infuse fresh organizational strategies into regional projects, guaranteeing alignment with corporate goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration - Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including business heads, suppliers, and external partners, to bolster the delivery of IT services and solutions.
Technology Evaluation - Lead the assessment and adoption of novel technologies and methodologies to bolster the company's competitive edge and foster innovation in the IT domain, with a special emphasis on security and automation.
Performance Monitoring - Track and assess IT performance metrics and KPIs, pinpointing areas for enhancement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
Compliance - Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Continuous Learning - Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in IT management, exchanging insights and knowledge with the team to encourage ongoing learning and growth.
Travel - Occasional travel within the APAC region may be necessary to support regional projects and endeavors.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred
Minimum of 7 to 10 years of IT management experience, with a solid background in system administration, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the adeptness to efficiently guide and develop a team of IT professionals
Proficiency in IT strategy formulation, budgeting, and resource allocation
Familiarity with ISO standards and certification procedures, emphasizing IT governance, security, and quality management
Robust communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
Fluency in English and Mandarin to facilitate effective communication within the APAC regions like China and Taiwan
