    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a company Director. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain the Director's schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel plans
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
    • Coordinate and maintain records for expenses, invoices, and other financial matters
    • Act as the point of contact between the Director and clients
    • Handle requests and queries appropriately
    • Assist in the preparation of meetings and events, including scheduling and agenda preparation
    • Maintain an organized filing system, both electronic and physical
    • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and independently
    • Discretion and confidentiality
    • Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency required
