Roles & ResponsibilitiesOne of Singapore's largest retail and wholesale garden centres, World Farm is focused on providing the best value and widest range of plants and gardening products for gardeners. And since one of our customer service support executives has been promoted, we are now looking for her replacement
Job Description:
Support customer service and sales teams
Take charge of incoming communications via different channels
Act as a brand ambassador in dealing with customers
Manage files and records with effective filing systems
Act as a bridge between offices in Jurong and Sungei Tengah
Assist to prepare quotations, contracts, and other relevant company documents such as delivery orders and invoices
Assist with managing and updating of plants and products stocks and prices in our systems
Assist to check that all sales transactions, community garden plots, landscape project information, and transactions are properly completed.
Manage office/pantry supplies inventory and place orders
Perform any other general ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
**Training will be provided**
Working Day & Timing:
Working Day & Timing: 5.5 days work week
Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm
Saturday: 8am – 12pm
**Due to operational requirements, we regret that this is not a WFH position**
