Roles & Responsibilities

Scope of Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Respond to client support requests.
Contact clients to find out the nature of the problem.
Travel to the client's location or connecting via a remote link.
Install and maintain hardware and computer peripherals.
Install and upgrade operating systems and computer software.
Troubleshoot network connection issues.
Advise on software or hardware upgrades.
Provide basic training in computer operation and management.
Complete job reports and ordering supplies.
Computer OS/Peripherals troubleshooting.
Handle Different PC Operating Systems (Windows 10, Mac OS).
Perform Software Installation (experience in deployment tools such as SCCM).
Any adhoc duties assigned by Superior from time to time.

Desired Skills & Expertise:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Basic knowledge group policies, Active Directory and Exchange
In-depth troubleshooting skills of Windows OS (Windows 10 & 11), Mac OS, Microsoft Office & Office 365 applications, PC/Laptop hardware, PC/Laptop peripherals, including printers and mobile devices
Ability to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure
Excellent customer service and people skills
