- Provide prompt desktop support to customers as the first contact point, addressing a variety of IT topics and issues.
- Ensure software, licenses, and operations comply with standards.
- Perform Desktop Support services to users.
- Receive, document, and resolve end user help requests, escalating incidents when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and SLA expectations.
- Perform imaging/re-imaging and asset inventories.
- Perform technical escalation to 3rd party vendors or resolver groups.
- Update Incident records and create/update work instructions and document standards and procedures when necessary.
- Diploma graduate with 1 year of desktop support experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.
- Clear Spoken & Written English.
- Possess at least one of the specified certifications or their equivalent.
- Previous IT helpdesk and/or call centre support experience preferred.
- Demonstrate knowledge in workstation support and related components.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with strong coordination abilities.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, work with a sense of urgency, and communicate well with teammates and managers.
