- Managing client's requests via different channels and address the queries such as trading related, account access, applications etc promptly
- Handle client's complaints, feedbacks professionally
- Mentor and guide team members on job and ensure continous improvements in services and process
- Work closely with internal business stakeholders eg. Sales, Trading, Operations, IT to ensure client service team is supported
- Attend weekly meetings, involve in projects and system implementations
- Degree with client service / call centre experience in financial sector
- Good trading products knowledge - equities, options, fx, futures, funds etc
- Able to work on PH and scheduled shift hours if needed
