Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Meeting a $600K+ annual sales quota in NNARR.
Reach and surpass sales goals by promoting revenue expansion in both current and untapped markets.
Investigate and cultivate fresh business prospects to increase market share in Asia.
Develop and preserve a solid rapport with important partners, clients, and stakeholders.
Assure outstanding client pleasure by comprehending their demands and providing customized solutions.
Determine and evaluate potential new markets in Asia.
Work together with cross-functional teams to create and introduce innovative goods that are suited to the demands of the local market.
Create and implement a thorough sales plan for the Asia-Pacific area that is in line with the overarching objectives of the business.
Examine market patterns, spot openings, and offer perspectives to help direct sales campaigns.
keeping up-to-date, comprehensive customer, activity, KPI, and pipeline reporting
Participating in trade shows and industry events.

Job Requirements:

Strong background in selling cloud-based software to major shipping and offshore companies in the marine industry.
Demonstrated ability to meet a sales target of more than $750k annually for the last three years.
Experience at the C-level selling enterprise software.
Capacity to oversee lengthy and intricate sales cycles involving several parties.
Negotiating and networking abilities.
Outstanding interpersonal, written, and vocal communication abilities.
Self-motivation combined with the capacity to function in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.
Willingness and capacity to surpass goals and add more lead-generating activities to their pipeline.
Senior and C-Level connections in the offshore and shipping industries.
