    Roles & Responsibilities

    Programme Coordinator for Witness & Evangelism Ministry

    The Witness & Evangelism Programme Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and logistics support to Alpha Workplace at lunchtime, Marketplace Conference, Marketplace Ministry related programmes/activities and Apologetics Conversation. This person is also expected to provide support at Welcome Corner (to receive first-time guests with volunteers) and Fellowship at Courtyard for congregation at post-9.30am and pre-11.30am Services on Sundays.

    Responsibilities

    · Plans and organises various programmes/activities which include administrative work, publicity, registrations and logistics support.

    · Connects Christians to Marketplace Support Gatherings in various workplace locations or professions.

    · Coordinates Alpha Workplace groups meeting in various locations at lunchtime.

    · Provides support at Welcome Corner and Fellowship at Courtyard on 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month.

    · Update of Church Ministry Database System

    · Support in Committee meetings (virtual & face to face)

    · Finance responsibilities

    · Maintaining Inventory

    · Ad Hoc projects

    Requirements

    · Warm and friendly to engage first-time guests to Wesley MC.

    · Commitment to execute all task and assignments with excellence

    · Strong adaptability skills

    · Great team-working skills and able to work independently

    · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    · Excellent in planning and coordination

    · Ability to handle multiple priorities

    · Ability to meet deadlines and work goals

    · Have confidence and self-motivation

    · Able to work on weekday evenings and weekends

    Qualifications and Experience

    · Diploma holders & above

    · Experience in church ministry work and events planning will be a bonus

    · Minimum 3 years of working experience

    · Good knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications; Word, Excel, Power Point & etc

    · Good knowledge of various virtual meeting platforms; Zoom, MS Team & etc
