    Description

    Executive Sous Chef sought for Japanese Kitchen to oversee food production, staff training, and quality control.

    The ideal candidate will have culinary certification, 7+ years of experience, and expertise in Japanese cuisine.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Developing new menus to meet client needs and business opportunities
    • Proposing new cuisines and conducting meal presentations
    • Ensuring food quality, safety, and cost control
    • Leading and directing staff to comply with company rules and regulations
    • Training and developing staff
    • Planning and implementing production schedules

    Requirements:

    • Culinary certification with at least 7 years of experience
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experience working with multicultural teams
    • Knowledge of PC applications
    • Specialization in Japanese cuisine and fine dining experience preferred
