Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for general insurance and insurance products.
Generate leads and follow up on them to convert them into customers.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and recommend products accordingly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate policy issuance and servicing.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and potential threats.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools.
Understanding of insurance products and their features, benefits, and limitations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed.
