DT Finance Tech Pool, which is composed of 10+ people aiming at designing, building and maintaining

reliable and cost efficient IT solutions aligned with businesses and end-to-end process requirements in

the Finance and controlling domain. They handle escalated support requests and support business and

process experts in improving processes and tools currently in use in order to enhance the effectiveness,

efficiency and compliance of finance and treasury processes

key responsibilities as Controlling Domain leader will be to:

To manage a team of IT expertise in DT Finance TechPool - Controlling domain, on IT projects such as SAP roll-out in new sites/GBU/countries/regions, deployment of new functionalities world wide, merger and acquisition, Costa/ ZBB /Central Finance/S4 Hana/AI deployment, renewing of current application
To investigate, decide on the acquisition and development of IS solutions, to provide, on request, advice and expertise on Enterprise Architecture , to manage projects, and to manage a team of experts and analysts in order to design and ensure the development and maintenance of the global IS landscape
 Acquisition and development of new IS solutions, services, technologies and concepts.
 Advice on global IS landscape.
 High functional knowledge within own domain of expertise
 Technical watch
 Team effectiveness
 Project delivery

Qualification

Degree or professional certificate in Information system, Computer Science, Accountancy, Finance, Management Accounting.
SAP Certification in FICO module is preferred
Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Controlling (CO) for Manufacturing industry preferably Chemical sector, out of this not less than 10 years in a managerial role.

Skill and Experience Needed:

Proven track record in designing /implementation of robust IT solution in SAP (ECC6/EHP8/S4 Hana Private cloud) and or it's other satellite application, focus on the financial performance & statutory reporting in MNC, I.e: - Profit & loss (P&L) statement (Legal view/ Consolidated view), FICO reconciliation, Contribution Margin / Integrated Margin analysis & reporting, Inventory valuation & reporting including Inbound / Outbound Goods in transit, Slow moving and obsolete stock provision, Intercompany Stock margin elimination, Transfer price set up, OECD activity reporting, Intercompany product & service sales flow, Segmented P&L, Production cost, Energy, Fixed cost reporting/ variance analysis, Strategic raw material price simulation, forward costing and product pricing, CAPEX & working capital reporting and the budgetary control.
Strong expertise in SAP COPA, COPC, Material ledger, Asset accounting, Project system, Authorisation control, Financial closing cockpit (FCC), Business warehousing (BW) and integration of FICO with other domain ie. SAP SD/MM/PP/QM/PM
High functional knowledge within the Finance processes, accounting standard, Finance closure, Costing methodology, Subcontracting, Export Control, Carbon emission, System audit conducted by external or internal auditor.
Proven extensive experience collaborating with key users in the shared service centers, local accounting team, business controllers, offshore service providers located in a geographically diverse location to deliver result
