- You will drive implementation of the Service strategy condition assessments, AIS/PASS/GIS Systems diagnostics, Digital portfolio, tool pool setup and control etc and ensure corresponding plans are implemented consistently in the Service organization leveraging on the synergies between PGHV.
- You will drive, implement, report and monitor performance targets as part of the local unit P&L (OPQ, OTD, CCRP's, Orders, revenue, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.).
- You will run the day-to-day Service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of Service productivity, implement agreed delivery and performance standard to ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction.
- You will execute the (global) service and delivery sales channel strategy within the local unit and implement productized Service offerings and materials for marketing purposes and invests in Service Sales to increase market penetration. You will build sustainable customer relationships to ensure local client growth, satisfaction, and retention together with Sales and support Sales resources in customer meetings.
- You will drive consistent development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score (NPS)) and invest in improving the quality of existing Service products and in developing new Service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction.
- You will take responsibility for health and safety of the local Service Unit People leadership and development, ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, directed, guide, motivate, develop direct and indirect subordinates and improve training, develop capabilities and competencies.

- University degree in bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- More than 10 years of experience in High Voltage industry of 44kV and above.
- Experience in managing a team of 10-20 people.
- Competent knowledge of the high voltage industry in Singapore.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

As a Service Manager - High Voltage, primarily you will implement Service strategy in line with Hub and GPG strategy and drive Service growth locally in Singapore for the combined resources of business unit.
