Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly driven Banking Specialist Recruiter to join SearchAsia Reporting to the team head, you will be responsible in developing a pipeline of talents in the Banking sector. In this role, you will be able to learn skills such as business development and client/candidate management, as well as develop knowledge of the banking industry.

As a Banking Specialist, you will be given the opportunity to take charge of the full recruitment cycle and provide an exceptional level of service to both clients and candidates. You will be exposed to networking activities, where you can expect to connect and build strong relationships with our clients.

In this role, you will have to:

Conduct telemarketing to generate new business leads in the banking sector

Develop business projects with target company's industry and job categories to achieve their hiring goals

Work closely with our hiring managers to understand business needs and perform the high-quality end-to-end recruitment process

Spearhead finding and reaching out to potential candidates using a variety of search methods

Pre-screen candidate applications and resumes for required skills, experience, and knowledge to fit position requirements

Suggest referrals to hiring manager and ensure efficient turnover activity

Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms

Our ideal candidate should possess:

Degree in Business or related disciplines

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Resourceful and highly motivated

Good experience in developing recruitment strategies, operations, and programs
