    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    To perform general adminstrative duties, purchasing, maintenance of office equipment, stationery and consumables supplies, filing.

    Application, renewal, cancellation of foreign workers work passes, repatriation of workers.

    Computation of workers monthly payroll.

    Liaise with work sites for site requirements on materials, manpower, transportation etc.

    Assist in preparation of project tender documents eg request of quotations.

    Oversees the upkeeping of workers dormitory.

    Able to work with minimum supervision.
