    GOVERNMENT SECTOR - Training Provided

    • Location: Labrador Park
    • Working Hours: 8 hours per day (Shift work)
    • Salary: $2700 - $3400 per month
    • Work Type: 1 year (Hybrid)

    JOB SCOPES:

    • Assis in helpdesk function for users government apps
    • Handle incoming calls from users
    • Perform data entry and record management
    • Assist users to solve basic technical problems such as password reset
    • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Singaporean (s) only.
    • O level and above
    • Comfortable to work shift hour
    • Good communication skills
    • Familiar with application will be an added advantages
    • Prior call center experience is preferred
