    Roles & Responsibilities

    Regional Product Manager

    Job Summary

    • Manage Product Marketing to effectively ensure achievement of the Business Plan/Set Target objective in terms of sales, profitability and sustainability.
    • Adhere to and set systems to ensure a professional approach to all business activities, focusing on the Large Format Printing.
    • Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning, and implementation.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Conduct market Research, and translate key competitor, and core technology trends into sound business decisions.
    • Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis using statistical tools.
    • Understanding consumer needs and behavioural patterns to identify appropriateproducts/services for different segments.
    • Define product strategy and conduct regular product training for sales companies.
    • Manage product life cycle.
    • Develop and adapt pricing strategy based on internal and external trends.
    • Formulate appropriate Go-To-Market strategies.
    • Work closely with the regional offices on Sell-in/Sell-out/Sell-Through region-wise/channel type to ensure healthy sales and inventory.

    Requirements:

    • Product Management experience.
    • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, programs & engagements with regional sales companiessimultaneously.

    • Passion to innovate with strong written & verbal communication skills.
    • At least 3 years of professional experience in the Large Format Printing or Industrial Printing Market.
