Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative matters, handling suppliers on orders placing, goods delivery coordination, inventory management, and ensuring the smooth operation of backend business processes.

Responsibilities:

Process orders with suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely completion, comply with 3-quotes procedure.
Upload orders onto partner portals to meet deadlines.
Process sales orders and invoices efficiently.
Handle warranty registration for products.
Update and maintain accurate cost prices in the sales management portal.
Reconcile supplier invoices for accuracy and ensure timely payments.
Coordinate the delivery of orders to customers, ensuring smooth logistics.
handle administrative matters in the office.
Act as a compliance and gatekeeper for operational processes.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Possess at least a Diploma in any discipline.
Strong attention to detail and meticulous work ethic.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Resourceful and proactive problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage workload effectively.
A team player with a positive attitude, willing to collaborate to achieve company and team goals as priority.
Digital savvy is a must.
