- Handle transactions for customers, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier's checks, and opening and closing of accounts
- Reconcile cash drawers at the end of your shift, count and package coins and currency
- Provide a high level of customer service, offering answers and assistance with a smile
- Possess at least Degree and above
- No prior banking experience required. Preferably with product knowledge of savings account, cash deposits & withdrawals will be an added advantage
- Self-motivated, meticulous and able to multi-task
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese language so as to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Job training will be provided
- Candidate shall accept 5.5/6 working days per every week
- Candidate without bank industry experience is also welcomed to apply
