    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    You will be responsible for the operational transaction activities, customers' enquiries, data maintenance and preparation of reports.

    • Handle transactions for customers, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier's checks, and opening and closing of accounts
    • Reconcile cash drawers at the end of your shift, count and package coins and currency
    • Provide a high level of customer service, offering answers and assistance with a smile

    Job Requirements:

    • Possess at least Degree and above
    • No prior banking experience required. Preferably with product knowledge of savings account, cash deposits & withdrawals will be an added advantage
    • Self-motivated, meticulous and able to multi-task
    • Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese language so as to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Job training will be provided
    • Candidate shall accept 5.5/6 working days per every week
    • Candidate without bank industry experience is also welcomed to apply
