- Prepare and deliver supplier management reports.
- Develop cost analysis models and evaluate price benchmarks.
- Conduct compliance audits of company supplier admission and onsite inspections periodically.
- Design procurement-related internal control standards and policies.
- Provide professional advice to business stakeholders on procurement matters.
- Contribute to key procurement risk management projects and provide ad-hoc support.
- Review procurement procedures, identify risks, and offer strategic solutions.
- Drive continuous optimization of procurement procedures and cost savings initiatives.
- Coordinate with Audit Team to define procurement improvement areas and track progress.
- Promote company-wide awareness of procurement risks and cost controls through internal trainings and workshops.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with procurement certifications (CIA, CPA, CERM, etc.).
- Minimum of 5 years' work experience in marketing procurement category, preferably in the internet industry or professional procurement consulting.
- Deep understanding of procurement philosophy and best practices in cost control.
- Familiarity with corporate risk management principles, preferably with a COSO background.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently on multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese Mandarin for cross-functional liaison and interviews with leaders and stakeholders in China headquarters and in overseas markets.
