Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
· Position as main point of contact relating to clients' queries
· Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of updates and renewals
· Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
· Presenting and demonstrate HRMS software
· Work with various teams to develop marketing plans, ensuring KPIs are met
· Develop thorough understanding of products and service to clients
Requirements:
· Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent fields
· Relevant experience in Payroll or E-leave systems
· Proven track record of exceeding KPIs
· Good presentation, strong written and documentation skills
